Who's Dekan Capital?

As a private investor, Carl Cochrane looks for business owners that are looking to exit their business. Based in the UK, Carl has been in business for over forty years working in blue chip companies in the telecoms sector as well as in consulting and technology start-ups.

Some of these startups have developed in size and subsequently sold. Mobile Systems International was one technology company that grew to around 500 people worldwide, achieved a Queens award for export, and half of the business was sold to Marconi.

Investment

Since then Carl has built a UK broadband and telephony services business which he still retains an interest.

So ideally, the businesses we are looking to acquire would be in the telecoms, IT and technology, plus the training sectors. However, other complementary businesses will be considered.

Investment funding will always be available for the right business that fits in with our M&A strategy.
